All ages, genders, and abilities are welcome at this event! Join us in Capstone to support the Central Alberta Child Advocacy Centre at their Charity BBQ/Courage Cup, join XPlore Sport Day to try a new sport with local sporting groups, and enjoy Red Deer’s beautiful trails on the 3, 5, 10, and 3 km Dog Jog routes. Have little racers? Get them registered in the Boogie Babies or Little Surfers races (free while these spaces last!). Do you like to volunteer? Those spaces are open too 🙂
