MLAC Outdoor Charity Classic Hockey Game

January 10 @ 6:00 pm - 9:00 pm

| $10.00

We have worked to put together an exciting charity event which will benefit The Mustard Seed. On Tuesday, January 10th at 6:30 pm, our team, The MLAC AA Screwpiles and The Strathcona AA warriors, (both U18 hockey clubs) will play in an outdoor hockey game to help raise money for The Mustard Seed. Tickets are $10 and can be purchased at the door, and we will have bins to accept any donations such as blankets, mitts etc. The game will be held at Saikers Acres, 52269 Range Rd 220, Sherwood Park, Alberta
This is the location where the longest hockey game was played. Mr. Rod Frank, the Strathcona mayor, will be coming out to share in the puck drop with a representative of The Mustard Seed. Mr. Robert Clark, the anthem singer for The Oilers, will be coming to sing our anthem at the start of the game and Mr. Josh Jacko will be announcing the game. We will be drawing for a prize of two Oilers tickets and we will have a 50/50. BTS Lunch Box is bringing out their food truck to offer a variety of food and drinks. We are all really looking forward to this fun event and hope to raise lots of money for the less fortunate in our community! Thank you for taking the interest in our event, we appreciate any efforts to help get the word out!
