One Small Goal At A Time!

Back at work this week and I’m happy for the routine.  I struggled last week wanting to eat all the things that I should really stay away from…  I wanted to eat whenever I had any down time…  However my exercise was really good last week and I managed to get in all the workouts I wanted to.  I’m keeping motivated by setting small goals.  I’m now looking forward to 175 lbs as a new goal which would love to reach in the next couple of weeks.  I learning that in order to reach my small goals I have to have a Plan of action and stick to it…  but it’s one day at a time.

 This past week I also never seen the scale move and that is discouraging, at this point I take great pride in the changes I’ve made and I’m encouraged when I see how far I have come in such a short time.  This past weekend I went thru my closet and reclaimed all the clothes that were too small for me to wear before.  I was so happy to find all these clothes that fit me again!  And anything that has gotten too big I have place in a bag to give away.        What a great Feeling…  I’m thinking that maybe trip to the mall maybe one of my little goals in the weeks to come!  Take notice and be proud of the small healthy changes that you make, all the little things will add up…
