Another Week and I feel Great!

Well another week has gone by; the weeks are going so fast just like my weight. I’m down to 245lbs and it feels great. The nicest thing so far that has happen to me are the complements that I’ve been getting from friends family and fellow staff. In fact just today I got a complement that I look skinny. I haven’t heard that since high school. It was a very nice feeling inside. I’m doing more sport again and if also feels good to not feel sort for weeks on end after playing.
