Please help keep me on track!

Well another week has past and I’m still struggling to make exercise part of my daily routine. I spend most of my day on my feet and by the time I get home at night exercise is one thing I really don’t feel like doing. I need to be making my daily activity a priority in my life. So this week I’m going to commit to walking 3 times and doing strength training 2 times over the coarse of this coming week. I’m asking that you listeners and my fellow contestant help keep me accountable. So here’s to me walking into next week…..
