Well I got back from Calgary on Saturday evening and I have to tell you I was really nervous when I thought about doing my weigh in on Monday.  Sunday I was back on track but after eating out 2 meals out of 3 for 4 days I really wasn’t sure what my weight might look like.  Even though when eating out, I tried to think what would be the best choices to fit in with my meal plans.  When I weighed in on Monday I was up a half a pound but going back on Tuesday I had dropped it.  I think one of the really big differences was the amount of water I was able to drink when I was away.  Note to self…make sure that I drink as much water as possible.  It really seems to help.
