The Perfect Iced Coffee

How to Brew
Making the perfect iced coffee is done with your favorite Land of a Thousand Hills
beans and using half the amount of water normally used, combined with an equal amount
of ice (the hotbrew will begin melting the ice on contact). The best way to determine
how much ice to use is to weigh it. For a coffee pot that holds 40oz of liquid (8
cups of coffee), you should use 2.5 oz ground coffee, 20 oz of cold filtered water,
and 20 oz of ice.
1. Measure water and pour into coffee maker.
2. Weigh ice in coffee pot.
3. Weigh coffee.
5. Place ground coffee in brew basket (w/filter) and start brew.
5. Stir brewed coffee and ice in pot.
6. Serve and enjoy, knowing you are refreshed AND doing good.
