Telus (Not Telus) Scam

Telus is warning customers of a new telephone scam that uses the company's name. Telus says its customers are answering a phone call from a
905-number to hear a recorded message, which states because you are a valued Telus customer you will receive 3,000 travel dollars. Customers who press 1
are connected to an individual who identifies themselves as a company representative and tries to gain personal information from you. Telus now
advises anyone who receives such a call should hang up. If you have received a call and given personal information, contact the Telus fraud team at 1-877-567-2062.
