Favorite Day Of The Week

What is your favorite day of the week. Having one may make your week better. 

Sunday; Has always been noted as a day of rest. There are less people working on that day than any other. It is a time for worship, family, and rest. Among those three you can go a number of different ways. Worship; Taking time out to thank god for all the good things that he does for us. This includes fellowship, socials and other church activities. Family; Spending time with family members in many different ways. A bringing together of the family unit. Rest; No work. Relaxation of both body, mind and emotions.

Monday; For many this is the worst day of the week. It is anticipation of the stresses to come from our labor. For others, It means an opportunity to begin anew and fresh. To accept the challenges that come our way. People either like or hate Monday.

Tuesday; Is often a day of correction or "righting the ship." If the week doesn't get off to the right start, Tuesday is used to make changes to keep us going in the right direction towards our goals. It is also a slow day for mail to come in. It is anticipation of over the hump day, that is about to arrive.

Wednesday; The middle of the week. For some it is another day of evening worship. Others use it as a springboard to finish the week off. Some people like to go out on this evening. It briefly let's them relax before concluding the week.

Thursday; This day is used to prepare for making sure that things are ready to closeout the week. Things, that must go out over the weekend, are prepared on this day. One might say that, "we are getting our ducks in a row."
Many times meetings are held on this day. Many civic groups find that this is a great evening to hold meetings. In what is suppose to be the least used night, is actually the most used.

Friday; For most people, it is the close of the present work week. Projects are finished and rechecked. Many individuals like to have all things done by noon on this day. Anticipation of a getaway, and rejoicing is on our mind. For many, it is payday. My spirits are always lifted on payday. It is a strong feeling of contentment for a job well done. It means the weekend is here. Let's start early and celebrate. we made it through another week.

Saturday; Means different things to different individuals. It is a free day. Get things done around the home. Play some golf. Enjoy watching our children participate in sports and events. Getting the groceries bought. Visiting friends. There are many things we can do on a free day.
