Most thought it takes 3 weeks to form a habit. According to a recent study, that 3 weeks has turned into 5.
Here are 9 steps to form a habit:
1) Know what you want
2) Make a list of the benefits of your new habit
3) Commit to the habit.
4) Set your own goals, and reward yourself.
5) Start slowly.
6) Go for consistency rather than performance.
7) Consult a friend.
8) Even after your goals are set, dont STOP!
9) It can be tough to muster up the motivation you need to change your lifestyle.
