Last Week of the Challenge
Hi all,
Well this is the last week of the ‘ShineFM/U Weight Loss Challenge’. The months have gone by so quickly, I would say it seems just like yesterday it started except for the fact that I’m just a few pounds lighter, like almost 50Lbs lighter. It’s been a learning experience in the fact of what to eat and how much to eat. Staying away from the deep fried foods and the fatty foods (Chips, Pop, Fries, ect.). Some people may have a hard time with staying away from these things but all I can say is just to have strength and know that God is there with you and will always be with you though anything. With the support of God, my family, and friends it made this challenge a lot easier to do. My family eat what I eat for the most part, the kids still liked to eat other things, but we tried to have them eat healthy other things. It’s been fun doing the challenge and I’m looking forward to a new life of better health and having more fun with my family. The last thing I can say is if you are trying to Lose Weight just have fun with it and try new healthy meals. God bless everyone and special Thanks to the Team at ShineFm for this Opportunity.
