2012 is here which means New Years Resolutions are in full swing.
Mel the Promo girl and I have decided to start a 30 Day Fitness Challenge! Our plan is to do simple exercises in the studio everyday that you can do anywhere.
Our goal is to get fit and have fun.Feel free to join us on our journey as we will share all of our tips and tricks along the way.
