Farewell from Rob

Well if you have not noticed already, I am no longer part of the Shine FM U-Weight Loss Challenge. I was hoping to finish the program, but I got an opportunity that I could not pass up.

The great news is, I have been replaced in the promotion by a Shine FM listener and Pastor named Dennis.

My experience with U-Weight Loss was a great one! From day one they were always supportive and I felt that they genuinely cared for me and my health. My life has really changed, and I don't think I will ever view food the same way again. The biggest change in my life is that I now have respect for what being healthy really means. The days of ignoring my bodies warning signs are over and I plan to be more proactive when it comes to my health. Over all I am sad to be leaving Shine FM and this Weight-Loss Challenge, but I will carry the lessons I learned from both for the rest of my life.

Thank you Shine FM and U-Weight Loss, it was a great ride!
