A Good Week, Not An Easy One

This has been a good week but not easy. This week we were invited to two BBQ and out for dinner after church on Sunday. As hard as that sounds it went very good as I think I made good choices and managed to be down inches and weight on Monday. I was down to 236 which is almost 30lbs from my start weight and I was down another 4.5 inches. I have to say that God has been a big help this week since there sure was a lot temptations all around.
